As a background to the I.A.M. These People takeover event, Migrants Can Cook is a £10 all-you-can-eat veg buffet for everybody to get together and enjoy the utter deliciousness of migrants’ cuisine.
We took inspiration from our own family traditions and more recent passions, so there will be definitely plenty of Italian flavours playing with Eastern European, Mediterranean, Balkan, Argentinian and Chilean, with a touch of Indian, just as an accent.
