Rosa Moonson “Forbidden Fruit” live gig

“Rosa Monsoon and her amazing band will be performing their new album Forbidden Fruit for the first time to a live audience at 101 Social.
This will be the debut studio album from Rosa Monsoon. Recorded at Big Jelly Studios in Ramsgate, Kent.
The album ‘Forbidden Fruit’ is a collection of songs that Rosa wrote over a 10 year period as a solo artist. This body of work has been massively enhanced with the addition of the other musicians in the band. Perry White, on keys, has added excitement and passion to the music that has really changed the songs for the better. Andy Burring, on Drums, really drives the music with a loose and laid back feel and Chris Warner, on Bass, holds the tracks together with a smooth and sleek style in a really complimentary way.
The album was recorded and mixed by Mike Collins who, like the band members, has made this record sound incredible and given it the 70’s Soul sound that it desired.
Rosa’s music is heavily influenced by Soul Music from the 60’s and 70’s.
