Inspired by the work of C.G. Jung, G. Gurdjieff [photo] and by bioenergetics, the Kundalini meditation was designed by Osho in 1975 specifically for the western lifestyle, in collaboration with German Krautrock composer Deuter.
Regular Kundalini practice enhances focus, soothes the mind and enhances body awareness; helps releasing old habits and addictions; improves blood pressure and sleeping patterns.
Every Wednesday at 6pm [doors 5.45pm].
No prior experience needed.
