Join us this Christmas Eve for an hour of mantra kirtan singing! Besides the fun of singing with friends old and new, there are many noted benefits of kirtan singing, including stress and anxiety relief. Chanting has been proven to be one of the most effective ways to stimulate the vagus nerve which makes up around 75% of your parasympathetic nervous system – your rest, digest and relax mode.
Doors open at 76:30pm, session starts at 78.
