A talk and Q&A with Franca introducing the upcoming “Improvement Through Feng Shui” workshop.
“I’ve been learning about Feng Shui for about 20 years through different courses as well as independently by reading, observing and experimenting. Feng Shui is not superstition and is not about bringing prosperity by moving sofas or hanging wind chimes.
Feng Shui is an incredibly articulated vision and a practical tool which you can learn and gradually integrate into your perception of the world. It’s also a fairly linear system to bring more logic to your life by fine tuning and understanding the spaces that contain you, your things and your relations, on one hand, and within yourself, your unique perception and life story, on the other.
Feng Shui implements more strategy in your daily experience, a quicker sense of the effects of the causes you plant at each choice you make, now and in the long run.
It’s a science of the subtle which makes visible that which we otherwise tend to not notice but can make all the difference. It brings clarity, beauty, good spirits and health in your body, mind, relationships, finance and leaves more space for pleasure and contemplation.
Feng Shui applies to all living environments, including gardens, schools, trains, offices, beaches, venues, streets, neighbourhoods… because everything happens and moves in spaces.
We can all only benefit from learning even just a little bit of Feng Shui, both personally and collectively, especially in rapidly-evolving communities such as ours.
Each session of the upcoming workshop will include a study intro part followed by practical hands-on exercises where the group will examine real issues proposed by the participants each time, so each member of the group will also have a chance to get advice and reflect on how to optimise their living environment.”
