An evening of nut busting beats and labia rattling riddims to see in the Summer. After two great shows packed with loops, drones and soundscapes, Superliminal has decided to break out the drums and showcase four experimental/extreme acts working with rhythm and tempo. Join us this Saturday, 31st May.

At the heart of Frost’s live shows lies the simultaneous performance of an acoustic drum kit and a sample pad, where raw, organic grooves vie for space with tightly interwoven synth rhythms. A masterclass in controlled chaos.

NOISE / GLITCH / A/V
A highly glitched and abrasive audio-visual ordeal. Blasted breakbeats, projections, digital noise and Kent’s answer to Death Grips’ MC Ride.

POLY-TEMPORAL
Music doesn’t really get much more progressive and technical than in the compositions of Joe Inkpen. Inkpen quite literally has a PhD in tearing shit up, and will be showcasing a new poly-temporal experiment – each musician in the ensemble playing at a different tempo.
